Today, Danny's 1st grade class celebrated his birthday. They sang, had cupcakes, and gave out high fives. I was impressed with Mrs. Newbold and her efforts on making this day a special day for Danny. It was so fun to visit the classroom and see all the kids in his class. He is quite shy, which is unlike him. He loves school and so far is having a great time. Jake and Colin wanted to stay. ( I let Jake and Colin finish off the cupcakes afterwards outside on the school grounds. YUMMO!) Better them, then me.
